SCM Property Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of SCMIS Ltd speciallising in  property alterarations involving new extentitions, refurbishments in general including kitchens, bathrooms and all general building work.  All work is to a high standard and in accordance with building regulations. Through lounge alterations and chimney breast removals are not a problem including any requirements for RSJ steel fabrication.
